Description
Made of aluminum. Available for 7 different bandwidths: 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500. 2100 mm. The press incorporates a pneumatic pressure system, resistance heating, air cooling, as well as a fixing system. It is divided into two elements (upper and lower), each incorporating stainless steel grills in which there are Teflon resistances and temperature sensors. Grill length: 160mm. Fully automatic process programmed from the integrated control unit (pressure, heating, temperature holding time and cooling). Supplied with a transport box with 4 multi-directional wheels and a handle.
Controls
Integrated in the chassis and easy to program. Automatic control of the entire splicing process once the set temperature of the two grills, the holding time, the cooling temperature and the pressure level have been established. Automatic end of cycle alarm.
Pressure system
The pressure is applied evenly to the belt by means of the pneumatic cushion embedded in the lower chassis. Maximum pressure 2.5 bar. All models incorporate in the lower chassis: compressor, pressure switch and air vent.
Heating system
Quick heating of the two grills using Teflon resistances. Each resistor is specifically manufactured with an asymmetrical winding to provide even heat distribution across the entire band. The resistors heat more at the ends to compensate for temperature loss and avoid heat concentration in the central part. Programmable temperature up to 200C.
Refrigeration
The cooling system consists of several high-performance fans in the upper chassis that activate automatically at the end of the temperature maintenance process.
Fixation System
Fastening of the band by means of a band press incorporated into the chassis.
Closures
Easily adjustable to adapt to bands of different thicknesses. Made of steel with safety coefficient 2 (they support double the total load pressure of the press).
